LEXMARK Rewards program is a rip-off company... They send out these phising emails... promise you FREE inkjet cartridges if you turn in so many of them... but, they force to destroy the environment quicker by buying more of them and using them faster so that you can fit into thier program... then, because never intended to help anyone anyway... thier site is NOT setup to give anyone a FREE cartridge... nor, will it ever be... you have to pretend you are buying a cartridge, complete with your credit card number... then, you might get a FREE one if thier computer is up-to-date and then again (like me) they might actually charge you for the cartridge... So, I say, next time you need a printer... DO NOT BUY A LEXMARK...
