Problem (Email To Seller [4Jan10] - No Response Recieved)

I did not buy this computer… that is, I did NOT click the ‘buy it now’ button…
I have used eBay for over 12 years and have never used the ‘but it now’ button on anything over $15.00… I lost 11 bids on laptops right before I bid on yours. I lost because I’m looking for a specific computer at a specific price and I’m not desperate… So, I bid $275.00 for your laptop and clicked the ‘place bid’ button and it immediately went to a page that said I had won… I was in shock because the price said $375.00… and that’s NOT what I put into the bid box…
I’ve left multiple messages, and corresponded directly, with eBay personnel who insist that it is not their problem and that I must’ve hit the ‘but it now’ button… not only did I NOT click that button, I clicked the back button on my browser and tried to click the ‘place bid’ button again (my $275.00 was still in the box) and once again it took me to the you have won page… however, this time it had a qty of two computers… but the price was the same… I don’t know how that’s possible… but, I’ve told eBay that until they fix the problem I will not use their site anymore…
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but it’s really not my fault…
Please cancel my bid as eBay refuses to do it…
I’ll shop somewhere else… where humans control the computers and not the other way around…

The owner has not replied to my email... and I'm now scared to ever bid on anything else on the eBay website... I just want to get this problem resolved and try another bidding board where humans run the computers and not the other way around (as it is here at eBay)... I hate to loose 12 years of being on one board, but if eBay treats it's long time buyers like this. I'd rather be somewhere else...
