To Domestic Tranquility!!! (NOT!!!)

I hope that you all realize that the government works very hard at inventing ways to take children from people.
When Thomas Jefferson first starting trying to draft a bill of rights for the state of Virginia he studied the laws there. In his book, Thomas Jefferson's notes on the state of Virginia (1743-1826), the self-proclaimed scientist noted that if a man were caught at an amish rally. His wife and children (aka: property) were taken from him. The second time, his house and lands (aka: property). The third time, he was dunked until professing never to do it again or until dead.
He doesn't mention what they did with the wife and/or children. However, since the government had taken them I imagine they felt somewhat responsible for them. I would imagine that they were most likely given to relatives or sold at market as slaves. Basically the same thing they do with them today, only with much better public relations for the government. It looks like they are learning from their mistakes.

In 1878 the supreme court, Reynolds vs The US Government, outlawed polygamy. The reason was because the judges believed that it was NOT contiguous with domestic tranquility.

Today the exact same court system has managed to cause men and women to stalk and kill, in the most horrible fashions, each other at alarming rates across all 50 states. Surprisingly they are attempting to expand this from the law of the land (The US) to the law of the planet (UN), making divorce an up and coming thing in every country on the planet.

Reasons:
In 1743-1826, it was because someone belonged to a religion that was NOT approved by the government.
In 1878, it was because someone belongs to a religion that was NOT approved by the government.
All under the sanctions that these peoples beliefs would adversely affect the tranquility of the union. It looks to me like the beliefs and the decisions of the union (Stupreme Court) are adversely affecting the tranquility of the union. They are also endangering the lives of many citizens. These people whom they have forced into an outcast society have ZERO medical history. They can't keep track of their family blood-lines due the fact that it's illegal and they can be arrested or scorned. They should STOP meddling in civil law and push these matters into criminal law (where people have rights).
