Conspiracy Results (November 2007)

Conspiracies are when a person, group of persons, or groups of persons come together to invent and perform an illegal and/or immoral act.

Here are some results from current conspiracies that have been run by our government. We are lambs being led to the slaughter. Our grandparents would be so ashamed of us.
 

Recycling

Tonight while watching the news I noticed the congresswoman (SC representative) presenting the possible anti-pollution solution to ewaste mentioned that the waste contained valuable materials. She mentioned the amount of lead and how hazardous it is and can be to the environment if not handled and disposed of properly. Therefore she suggested that a $5.00 fee be added to the purchase price of each item to help ensure it's timely and proper demise.

What she didn't bring a lot of attention to was the large amount of valuable recyclable resources within the waste. The lead itself is a valuable resource. There is also a ton of copper in each piece of ewaste. This barely scraps the top without mentioning silver, gold, and other valuable metals.

What is the reason behind not mentioning the windfall of profit that can be squeezed from ewaste and handed over to private companies who will gladly pay for the privilege of processing it? Simply put you make millions from processing the waste then you charge the people buying it to boot and make tens of millions of dollars. What a sweet deal our government has when stealing from it's own people by convincing them that it is for their own protection. Then they can legitimize a pay raise to themselves for helping the poor, blind citizens of their own state.

It's already a proven idea. 12 states are already successfully ripping off their own citizens. With proven conspiracy technology like that who can pass it up. My suggestion is that they do it for FREE.

 
Cable Television

When I was little HBO was huge. It was huge because you could watch movies without having to suffer through one single commercial. Of course, why should HBO have to use commercials to subsidize their air time. their customers were paying for it directly via their cable bills.

Today, there are tons of television shows on cable. These shows are paid for by your cable bill. You are paying them directly for their services.

However, they are ripping you off by forcing you waste tons of your precious time watching worthless, stupid commercials.

You must ask yourself the obvious question. Would your cable bill be higher if it were not for commercials helping to sponsor air time. The answer is a 100% resounding, bullet-proof NO. How do I know this? I know this because smarter people than I sat down, at the HBO home offices, many years ago and studied the problem for many long hours, days, and most likely weeks. What did they discover? They discovered that not only could they become a number one seller without commercials, they beat out 100% of their competition and had the lowest prices anywhere. Because they did without commercials they hit a huge growth spike that crippled all their competition. Their competition had buy into them, making them even more profit. Plus many of their competitors began to emulate them.

However, with the coming of a level playing field came new challenges. Once they were all more or less level in the profit and growth arena they needed to find new ways of making more money.

Poof. The commercials had to come back. These mind numbing commercials should be outlawed at any rate. They have no intellectual value whatsoever. All they do it enforce ADHD in adults, by consistently changing your focus at inconsistent intervals. No one has studied, long term, what effect this has on people. I do believe it to be immediately harmful, but I do believe that it is already having long term effects.

Furthermore, I do not believe that it is necessary. Besides company profits, commercials do absolutely nothing but waste the valuable time of people who are paying for entertainment NOT mindless, attention strangling stupomercials.
